Stuart L. Mellman

Attorney at Law, provides clients with a full range of legal services including estate litigation, civil litigation, business transactions, business law, intellectual property, real property, tax controversy, estate planning, and asset protection. Mr. Mellman received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he graduated in the top four percent of his class with honors of Magna Cum Laude.

While in law school, Mr. Mellman served as the Managing-Editor of the Thomas Jefferson Law Review publishing volume 36 issues 1 & 2. Notably, issue 1 featured a Question and Answer Session with Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Mr. Mellman achieved the prestigious CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Contracts, Community Property, Civil Procedure, and Solo Practice Management. During Mr. Mellman’s last semester in law school he clerked for Judge Roger T. Benitez of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
