Attorney at Law, started working as a law clerk with Alexander & Associates in January 2013 prior to passing the July 2013 California Bar Examination. He Practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Trust Contests, Probate, Asset Protection, and Business Litigation. Mr. Roark received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from San Diego State University having graduated with the honor of Dean’s List. After graduation, he attended California Western School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor. While in law school Mr. Roark co-founded the California Western Estate Planning Society. The organization prided itself on being the only student run organization of its kind in San Diego with a focus on Estate Planning and Probate. Mr. Roark continues to educate individuals and families on the importance of having a properly executed Estate Plan, including Living Trusts, Wills, Advance Health Care Directives, Durable Powers of Attorney, and Guardian Nominations. Mr. Roark is licensed to practice in the State of California and US District Court.
